Wonder WOMEN vs Ms.marvel bodypainting

One of the things as a body painter I consider the most important is working with the right model. Having Beth Horn as a friend gave me lots of ideas of what I wanted to do next. Her strong/vibrant personality,  amazing body of course (Formal American Gladiator and Personal Trainer) and her contagious enthusiasm inspired me instantly to do a super hero.. She introduced me to Will Edward ( photographer )and showed me his amazing work. Will Edward brought to the group Kate Lane formal professional bodybuilder IFBB. One person morewas included in the group,  Emily Spindler FX Makeup specialist, then we were ready to paint.  We met on Sunday September 18th at 7 am in the West Loop,  and started painting. It was very cool to see how every single detail was falling in place. We decided to use Beth as Ms. Marvel. She was a perfect fit for that character, but also decided to totally make a transformation on Kate as wonder woman. Kate has very short blond hair.  Magically with body painting, red lipstick, and a black wig, I was able to transform her into Wonder Women. The majority of the body painting and design was freehand and most of the paint used was Melhor Water base, some Mac Cosmetics Silicon base and Kryolan. Using just  primary colors made the final result look like the comics books. Will found a nice urban alley to shoot photos .Here are the results
